Yellow Paprika was born in 2009 from a single dream: to create a restaurant where every guest feels like royalty and every dish tells a story. Founded by culinary visionary Chef Arjun Malhotra, what started as a 30-seat bistro in Connaught Place has grown into one of Delhi's most beloved fine dining destinations.

We believe that great food is more than sustenance — it's an experience that connects people, cultures, and memories. Every recipe in our kitchen carries a story, whether it's a family heirloom dal or a dish crafted from a recent journey to the Mediterranean coast.

2009

The First Flame

Chef Arjun Malhotra opens Yellow Paprika at Connaught Place with 30 covers and a bold vision: fine dining with soul. Fully booked within the first week.

2012

First National Award

Awarded "Best Restaurant of the Year" at the India Food Awards. Expanded to 80 covers with the addition of the outdoor garden terrace.

2016

Private Dining & Events

Launched the exclusive private dining wing and catering division. Hosted Delhi's first Farm-to-Table Gala Dinner for 500 guests.

2020

Digital Transformation

Launched online ordering and WhatsApp delivery. Despite the pandemic, served 10,000+ families through contactless home dining.

2024

15 Years & Counting

Celebrating 15 years with a reimagined menu, new seasonal tasting menus, and the launch of the Yellow Paprika Culinary Academy.
